Content of the coaching program:
- The basics of the institution’s curriculum
- A personal study plan (e.g. a personal competence development plan in Finland)
- Learning objectives derived from the curriculum of the foreign language course
- Extend prior knowledge, identification and recognition
- Achievable goals/ learning environments in Europe
- Contractual practices between the parties (MoU, LA / training or apprenticeship)
- Evaluation procedure during the period abroad
- The role of the student in describing the learning objectives for leading the QM learning environment.
- Digital communication between the sending school, the pupil and the company
- Getting to know the surroundings
- Proof of the skills acquired during the course abroad
- To recognise and apply one’s own competences after the internship

Product / Output 2: Digital platform to support expertise and personalisation of learning pathways
Basic contents:
- Instructions for using the basic structure
- Information on different learning environments available through collaborative institutions (in particular information on companies providing learning environments).
- Electronic/ digital forms of contract (MoU, LA / training or apprenticeship)
- Curricula of cooperation institutions / Fundamentals of qualification in partner countries / Qualification requirements
- Presentation and material of the coaching program for students (Intellectual Output 1)
- Description and material of the coaching program for teachers (Intellectual Output 3)
- Social media tools for communication between parties
- The possibility of filling in and signing forms and documents electronically

Product / Output 3: Coaching program for teachers
Content of the coaching program:
- Professional training based on specialist knowledge
- Use of the digital platform (Intellectual Outcome 2) for consultation and evaluation
- Contractual agreements and digital contracts for stays abroad (MoU, LA / training or apprenticeship)
- The importance of different learning environments for competence development (in particular international learning environments)
- Presentation of learning objectives in the education systems of their own and other European countries
- Recognition of qualifications acquired abroad within the framework of the degree (the process and procedure)
- The role of digital documents and the ability to demonstrate competence
- Digital assessment forms

Product / Output 4: Personal competence-based learning path for vocational education and training in Europe
Products 1, 2 and 3 are the basis for Output 4, which offers the possibility to formulate the model for the personal competence-based learning path in Europe. The model will be disseminated through the XARXA network. The model should be simple and understandable for all schools in Europe.
